Film is a great tool to enable people to make their views known. Health can get people talking like almost no other subject, so it’s important that people are able to share their thoughts in a constructive way to help shape our services. I have produced two films for Heart of Birmingham Teaching Primary Care Trust’s AGMs and another ‘Patient Experience’ film for Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospital Trust.
