Rachel has what can only be described as a silly, childlike enthusiasm for History, which probably started with trips to castles as a child and helping her Dad with tracing her family history at the tender age of seven! Since then she has completed a History and Politics degree, written an oral history orientated dissertation and worked with school pupils, pensioners and war veterans to record their memories.
As part of ‘Friends of Moseley Road Baths’ Rachel has successfully applied for Heritage Lottery Funds to undertake a three year project, working with the local community to investigate and celebrate the heritage of the building.
