Films produced with young people
So often young people are mis-represented in the mainstream media. This can have an incredibly negative effect in communities, fostering fear, suspicion and frustration. With digital media becoming increasingly accessible it’s crucial that media becomes a tool for creating a more balanced view.
Projects with and for young people are about giving them the skills and resources to produce their own media on their own terms, allowing them to speak for themselves instead of letting adults constantly speak on their behalf.
